 General Application - Maintenance

Job Duties

  • Perform diagnosis and repair of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, flooring, gutters, lighting, and minor HVAC trouble-shooting.
  • Perform make-ready repairs for new occupancy.
  • Identify and report conditions requiring major repair to Property Managers.
  • Complete other duties as requested by management.
  • On call rotation required.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Preferred 2+ years of maintenance experience.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States, without visa sponsorship.
  • Must have valid driver’s license and good driving record.
  • Must work well as an individual and team player.
  • Must be able to work with an iPhone and computer for work order printing, entry, texting, etc.
  • Must have good written and verbal communication skills and the ability to provide pleasant customer service.
  • Must be organized, have an attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize and follow through.
  • Must be able to climb up and down stairs with ease and lift and carry objects up to 50 pounds.
  • Must be able to regularly engage in repetitive bending, turning, twisting, kneeling, squatting, crawling, climbing, pushing, pulling, reaching out, reaching up, grasping, and pinching.

General Application - Construction

Job Duties

  • Perform carpentry, flooring, gutters, lighting, framing and other tasks as assigned by management.
  • Perform make-ready repairs for new occupancy.
  • Perform start to finish remodeling of residential buildings.
  • Other tasks as defined by management.

Job Duties

  • Connect electrical power to residential equipment and determine wiring layouts or residential buildings.
  • Install brackets and hangers.
  • Bending, threading, and installing conduit.
  • Install, replace, and repair electrical equipment.
  • Pulling and installing wiring throughout structures.
  • Troubleshoot faults in electrical systems.
  • Perform all other electrician duties and maintain clean and orderly work area.
  • Other duties as directed by management.

General Application - HVAC

Job Duties

  • Service, Repair, Maintenance, and Installation of HVAC & Refrigeration equipment.
  • Technician will be expected to review each work order & perform any necessary tasks, troubleshooting, diagnosis, repair, maintenance, or installation associated with resolving the service issue and fulfilling the scope of work.
  • Obtain purchase orders and/or order parts and materials needed to perform work.
  • Perform duties responsibly & in accordance with company policies, industry best practices & safety guidelines.
  • Other tasks consistent with the role of HVAC technician.

  • 3+ years of HVAC experience preferred.

General Application - Leasing Agent

Job Duties

  • Show units to prospective tenants and process move-in paperwork for qualified applicants.
  • Maintain a strong closing ratio and reach sales goals.
  • Encourage prospective tenants to lease from us by positioning our properties in a favorable light and offering the best possible customer service.
  • Answer incoming telephone calls and emails.
  • Complete all required paperwork and administrative duties.
  • Develop relationships with property owners to secure additional properties to manage.
  • Cold calling and lead generating.
  • Ability to give a presentation.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Must be able to work a schedule that fits prospective tenants schedule (evening and weekend appointments).
  • Ability to work overtime, including occasional Saturdays.

General Application - Painter

Job Duties

  • Paint the interiors of apartments, condos, townhomes, and other multi-family dwellings as required.
  • Work with other construction professionals, such as carpenters, electricians, and plumbers to prepare units for lease.
  • Protect all nearby furnishings and building materials before and during every painting job, including carpets, cabinetry, outlet covers, lighting fixtures and landscaping.
  • Collaborate with other professional painters on larger jobs.
  • Practice self-supervision on small jobs and ensure you complete each project in an efficient, timely manner.
  • Match paint samples for touch-ups and other small projects.
  • Meet with property managers to discuss color and finish options as well as other design details for leasing spaces.
  • Preparing walls and other surfaces for painting by scraping, using sandpaper, removing old paint etc.

General Application - Plumber

Job Duties:

  • Inspect structure, locating, and marking positions of pipes, connections, and passage holes for pipe in walls and floors.
  • Install supports for pipes, equipment, and fixtures prior to installation
  • Assembles fittings and valves for installation.
  • Modifies length of pipes, fixtures, and other plumbing materials as needed for a building.
  • Cutting, threading, and bending pipe to required angles.
  • Assembling and installing valves, pipe fittings, and pipes composed of metals and non-metals.
  • Joining pipes by use of screws, bolts, fittings, and solder.
  • Installing and repairing plumbing fixtures.
  • Repairing and maintaining plumbing.
  • Other duties as directed by management.
